Associate Director of Onsites

About the role

Adecco is looking for an Associate Director of Onsites in Las Vegas, Nevada. Reporting to the Director, the Associate Director leads the Managers responsible for Onsites and branches in a defined geography, provides best-in-class workforce solutions to clients and a great experience to candidates and associates, and contributes to the regional strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional Managers, ensure they adopt Adecco's philosophy, train them and coach them, and conduct performance evaluations and development plans
• Hold leaders accountable for SLA targets and client requirements, and cultivate client relationships at the C-level
• Develop scalable solutions, propose strategies for profitable sales growth, and contribute to commercial development of prospects and accounts
• Audit and monitor Onsite and Branch activities, and coach the team to anticipate client needs
• Set up forums for candidate and associate feedback, and use corporate promotions to raise Adecco's local profile
• Own monthly performance, KPI analysis and P&L impact, and control financial activities such as bill rates, credit, collections and budget
• Monitor workers' compensation and unemployment claims, ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws, and present monthly and quarterly business reviews to the Regional Vice President

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience
• At least five years of leadership/managerial experience in the service provider industry preferred
• Experience managing a large onsite portfolio
• Extensive travel required

Required skills

• Effective verbal and written communication and relationship building at all levels
• Problem solving using data, and ability to manage conflicting priorities and give formal presentations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
