Field Account Executive

About the role

Join Konica Minolta as a Field Account Executive and launch your sales career with a global brand. You will spend most of your time out in the field, meeting customers face‑to‑face, building new business and growing existing accounts across a range of print and technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and sell the full suite of Konica Minolta print and tech solutions.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through prospecting, networking and referrals.
• Spend the majority of time on‑site meeting customers at their locations.
• Balance hunting new business with farming existing accounts.
• Conduct consultative conversations and deliver solution‑focused presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to win deals and refine sales strategy.
• Manage pipeline, track activity and achieve sales targets.
• Participate in training, team events and ongoing development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 6 months to 3 years of experience in a customer‑facing role such as sales development, account support or customer success.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly within an assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Salesforce (preferred).
