F&I Producer

About the role

The F&I Producer will focus on B2B sales to franchise automotive dealerships, delivering finance and insurance solutions that generate revenue for both the dealer and the company. This full‑time position is based in Texas and requires dedication to the company's business during working hours.

Key responsibilities

• Devote exclusive attention and time during working hours to the business of the Company and perform duties necessary to produce net commissions and fees.
• Comply with all state licensing and continuing education requirements.
• Work in a self‑directed way, take initiative and confidently direct customer interactions.
• Acquire new dealer distributors to meet or exceed the Company business plan.
• Collaborate with leadership to strategize optimal program and structure for each dealer.
• Develop a game plan with each new dealer to maximize F&I income and ensure proper execution through training.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors while prospecting and share with EVP, Sales Operations.
• Work with P&C/EB producers to leverage relationships for potential opportunities.
• Organize, break down, and clearly articulate thoughts, ideas, and instructions verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrate strong organization, time management, and English communication skills.

Required profile

• Minimum two years experience in finance and insurance, preferably at an F&I agency.
• Hold all required state licenses and complete continuing education as needed.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong initiative and confidence in directing customer interactions.
• Ability to acquire and develop relationships with new dealer distributors.
• Motivated by a fast‑moving environment.
