Regional Sales Director – Texas

About the role

Foxen is seeking a high‑impact Regional Sales Director to lead sales efforts across Texas. You will drive growth of its PropTech solutions for multifamily, student and senior living real estate, focusing on owners, operators and investment groups.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end sales process for all buyer groups in the region and close opportunities that meet or exceed quota.
• Conduct consultative selling, navigate multiple stakeholders, and present Foxen’s value proposition.
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline through direct lead generation and partnerships with insurance brokers and industry partners.
• Accurately represent Foxen’s real‑estate insurance products, including TLL, Rentistry, renter’s insurance and captive strategies.
• Collaborate with internal Relationship Management, Implementation and Customer teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.
• Share market insights and customer preferences with peers and product teams to refine offerings.

Required profile

• Proven track record in direct selling and channel sales within real‑estate or PropTech markets.
• Experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder deal cycles and delivering consultative solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to generate and grow a pipeline independently.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with owners, operators, and insurance brokerage partners.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating across sales, product and customer success teams.
