Sr. Associate, Sales Operations

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Senior Associate in Sales Operations to drive operational excellence through advanced analytics and data visualization. Based on the Fort Worth, Texas campus, you will work closely with Customer and Commercial Operations teams to turn complex data into actionable insights that support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop analytical tools using Tableau and Alteryx to support operational decisions.
• Perform in‑depth data analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports that deliver critical business insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate new data sources and ensure data accuracy.
• Develop and automate Alteryx workflows for data preparation, blending, and analytics.
• Provide training and support on Tableau and Alteryx best practices.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
• Stay current with emerging data analytics and business intelligence tools.
• Develop and update SQL queries for troubleshooting and ad‑hoc analysis.
• Support implementation of new applications and systems to optimize resources.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (or high school + 10 years, Associate + 6 years, M.S. + 0 years).
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into solution designs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to present data clearly.
