FCM Clearing Support Analyst

About the role

The FCM Clearing Support Analyst provides operational clearing support for futures and options, handling top‑day activities such as allocations, give‑ups, and trade monitoring to ensure accurate clearing. You will work closely with brokers, IT, and trade support teams in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate, clear and accept all top‑day tasks promptly.
• Monitor and resolve issues with exchange clearing gateways and third‑party file imports.
• Oversee downstream internal system feeds and processes.
• Collaborate with brokers to address queries and requirements.
• Report issues to back‑office supervisor and clearing manager.
• Work with IT and trade support to flag system problems daily.
• Manage intraday margin calls by overseeing top‑day trade activity.
• Handle correspondence via group mailbox and personal email while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• 3 to 6 years of clearing experience in a regulated environment.
• Demonstrated curiosity, resilience, and ability to take high responsibility in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting.
• Strong relationship‑building and influencing skills.
• Strategic collaborator with agility to anticipate operational challenges.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Ion’s XTP Back Office, Ateo LISA, and Teo Clearing software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
