About the role

Future Focus Family Medicine, part of ASAS Health (powered by Alpine Physician Partners), is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner in Corpus Christi, Texas. The practice serves a senior population and offers a manageable panel, real support and a value-based model that rewards keeping patients healthy.

Key responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, comprehensive primary care to a senior population.
Partner with a team of medical assistants, care coordinators and clinical pharmacy support to close care gaps and improve outcomes.

Required profile

Master of Science degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
ANCC or AANP certification.
Meets ASAS credentialing standards.
