Family Medicine Physician (Part‑time, .8 FTE)

About the role

Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking a part‑time Family Medicine Physician to join its Allentown clinic. The position is .8 FTE and offers a flexible Monday‑Friday schedule within a collaborative, patient‑centered environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population, including new, wellness, preventive, and acute visits.
• Maintain a 40‑minute slot for new and preventive visits and a 20‑minute slot for return and acute visits.
• Participate in shared call coverage, rotating with other physicians and APCs.
• Collaborate with an onsite and remote care team to manage in‑basket work and support patient care.

Required profile

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine.
• Current PA Medical License (or ability to obtain one).
• Commitment to teamwork, compassion, and high‑quality patient outcomes.
