Family Medicine Physician (Full-Time)

About the role

Join one of Texas' largest multispecialty groups as a Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician. You will work in a physician‑led, faith‑based clinic that leverages AI‑integrated tools to streamline documentation and enhance patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to an established panel of 18‑20 patients per day.
• Collaborate daily with three experienced physicians, four nurse practitioners, and specialty providers in cardiology, orthopedics, vascular, pain management, podiatry, endocrinology, and sleep medicine.
• Utilize AI‑driven support systems and the Epic EMR for both inpatient and outpatient documentation.
• Participate in community health initiatives and uphold the organization’s compassionate, faith‑based mission.

Required profile

• Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Full‑time availability, Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM.
• Comfort with a high‑volume outpatient setting (18‑20 patients daily).
• Willingness to work onsite in a newly renovated clinic with full‑service lab, imaging, and a new ER.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Epic EMR.
• Ability to adopt AI‑integrated documentation tools.
