Family Medicine Physician (Full-Time)

About the role

CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic is seeking a Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a physician‑led, faith‑based team in Tyler, TX. The position offers a full‑time schedule (Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM) with a manageable patient panel of 18‑20 patients per day.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary‑care services to an established patient panel.
• Document visits using AI‑integrated tools that streamline charting.
• Utilize Epic EMR in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with a team of five physicians and two nurse practitioners.
• Maintain quality‑care standards and contribute to community well‑being.

Required profile

• Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Willingness to work in a physician‑led, mission‑driven environment.
• Commitment to a full‑time, Monday‑Friday schedule.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Epic electronic medical record system.
• Experience using AI‑integrated documentation tools.
