Family Medicine Physician (BC/BE) – Full-Time

About the role

Join CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic, a leading multispecialty group, as a Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine) physician. You will work in a physician‑led, faith‑based environment that leverages AI‑integrated tools to streamline documentation and enhance patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to an established panel of 18‑20 patients per day.
• Collaborate with a team of three physicians, four Nurse Practitioners, and specialty providers in cardiology, orthopedics, vascular, pain management, podiatry, endocrinology, and sleep medicine.
• Utilize the newly renovated clinic’s full‑service lab, imaging, and a modern Emergency Room.
• Document care using AI‑enhanced workflows and the Epic EMR system.

Required profile

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Willingness to work full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM.
• Commitment to the organization’s mission‑driven, faith‑based culture.
• Ability to thrive in an onsite, physician‑led setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Epic EMR (inpatient and outpatient).
