Family Law Attorney (Hybrid, Signing Bonus)

About the role

We are expanding our family law practice and seek a dedicated Family Law Attorney to represent clients in divorce, alimony, child support, and related matters. The role combines courtroom advocacy with client counseling, offering a hybrid work model and a competitive compensation package.

Key responsibilities

• Represent clients at court hearings, mediations, and conferences, handling high‑conflict divorce matters.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, marital settlement agreements, judgments, and orders for a high‑volume docket.
• Manage the equitable distribution of marital assets, including real estate, business interests, and retirement accounts.
• Conduct comprehensive client assessments, legal research, and develop litigation and settlement strategies.
• Maintain meticulous case files, ensure compliance with Florida Family Law Rules, and manage deadlines.
• Collaborate with paralegals, senior partners, and external experts to advance matters efficiently.

Required profile

• Active membership in the American Bar Association.
• Proven experience with sensitive family law issues such as child abuse, custody, and domestic violence.
• Ability to remain composed, negotiate, and argue effectively in emotionally charged situations.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with a client‑focused approach.

Required skills
