Alonso & Alonso Attorneys at Law PLLC is seeking a dedicated Family‑Based Immigration Attorney to join its fast‑growing team in Texas. The attorney will provide personalized legal representation to individuals and families navigating complex immigration processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive legal strategies to reunite families and secure favorable immigration outcomes.
• Represent clients in a broad range of family‑based immigration matters, including I‑130 petitions, adjustment of status, K‑1 fiancé visas, naturalization, waivers, and humanitarian relief.
• Conduct detailed legal consultations, educate clients on procedures, timelines, risks, and documentation requirements.
• Prepare clients for USCIS interviews, biometrics, RFEs, and other agency proceedings.
• Draft, review, and submit petitions, applications, memoranda, motions, waivers, and supporting evidence with meticulous attention to detail.
• Perform legal research on USCIS policies, federal regulations, and case law to inform case strategy.
• Collaborate with legal assistants, case managers, and paralegals to ensure seamless case management.

Required profile

• Bar admission and active license to practice law in the United States.
• Demonstrated experience handling family‑based immigration cases.
• Strong client‑advocacy skills with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly.
• Commitment to high ethical standards, confidentiality, and professional responsibility.
