Facilities & Healthcare Project Manager – Bilingual

About the role

Enterprise Construction Group is seeking a bilingual Facilities & Healthcare Project Manager to lead construction, renovation, maintenance and facilities projects in healthcare and commercial settings. The role requires coordinating clients, subcontractors, vendors and internal teams to deliver projects on time, within budget and to high quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning through completion, including schedules, budgets, materials and subcontractor coordination.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and facility representatives, ensuring minimal disruption to active healthcare operations.
• Review scopes, drawings, specifications and contracts; monitor progress, costs, schedules and quality.
• Identify and resolve issues, conduct project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, change orders and ensure compliance with safety and healthcare facility requirements.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Project Manager in construction, facilities or healthcare environments.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting and project coordination.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership abilities.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans, specifications and scopes of work.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using project management software.
