About the role

The Service Advisor will be the primary point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service. You will manage appointments, create repair orders, and ensure a smooth service experience.

Key responsibilities

Review daily appointment schedules and greet customers, confirming the primary reason for service.
Generate repair orders, dispatch jobs to qualified technicians, and develop accurate estimates.
Calculate customer payments, verify warranty or service contract coverage, and arrange towing or temporary transportation when needed.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to address concerns, set appointments, and update customers on vehicle status.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Service Manager.

Required profile

Valid driver’s license and high school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent oral communication and strong problem‑solving skills.
Flexibility to work nights and weekends and ability to stand for long periods.
Experience with cashier/credit‑card systems is preferred but not required.
