About the role

Strategic Retail Solutions (SRS) is looking for an experienced retail merchandiser to join its field team in Phoenix, AZ. The role is project‑based, requiring you to execute in‑store merchandising programs, audits and planogram updates for various clients.

Key responsibilities

• Complete all types of resets, from simple shelf updates to full aisle changes.
• Read, interpret and accurately follow planograms.
• Perform audits, place and maintain POP and POS materials, and manage product placement.
• Use a smartphone to enter data, submit detailed surveys and upload high‑quality photos live from the store.
• Enable location permissions for project verification and communicate professionally with store staff.

Required profile

• Proven experience with resets and general merchandising.
• Reliable transportation and a valid, non‑expired driver’s license.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions carefully.
• Daily email access and reliable phone/text communication.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes up to 40 lb.

Required skills

• Android or iPhone smartphone with reliable internet access.
• Proficiency with Google Chrome and third‑party mobile apps for data entry and photo upload.
