About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Paraeducator/Behavior Therapist to support special education students, helping them understand classroom lessons and facilitating behavior modifications.

Key responsibilities

Provide clerical and administrative support to teachers and professionals.
Monitor and manage children, especially those with specific needs.
Prepare educational materials and instructions for daily programs.
Maintain a clean and safe classroom environment at all times.

Required profile

Proven work experience as a Paraeducator or similar role.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and social abilities.
Relevant training and/or certifications as a Paraeducator.

Required skills

Excellent handling and management of children.
Strong presentation and reporting capabilities.
