About the role

Stateline Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM, a family-owned dealership with 35 locations, is looking for an experienced, customer-focused Automotive Service Consultant to join its growing team. The role suits someone who wants to deliver a positive, personalized experience for customers in a temperature-controlled shop and a team-oriented environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain manufacturer training and knowledge
• Greet customers warmly on arrival and collect vehicle information
• Document vehicle symptoms accurately as described by customers
• Recommend maintenance based on age, mileage and service history
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor and parts
• Keep customers informed of repair progress and verify that final invoices match the work done
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers

Required profile

• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Consultant or Assistant Lane Manager
• High level of enthusiasm and commitment to excellence
• Professional demeanor and strong ethical standards
• Desire for a long-term career with opportunities for advancement
