Executive Vice President & Managing Director

About the role

The Executive Vice President & Managing Director leads BGBx’s Account Services team, driving strategic client partnerships and agency growth. Reporting to senior leadership, this role ensures operational excellence across the product lifecycle for pharmaceutical and life‑science clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight for assigned accounts, aligning agency capabilities with client objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Account Services team to deliver high‑quality work and foster a collaborative culture.
• Maintain and expand client relationships, identifying opportunities for new engagements and strategic partnerships.
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to meet agency targets.
• Ensure compliance with agency business practices and operational standards.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience at the SVP/EVP level within a consulting, communications, or agency environment.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking with a track record of driving growth through client expansion.
• Excellent client relationship management skills and a history of high client satisfaction.
• Deep understanding of agency financial practices and ability to achieve financial targets.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Adaptability to fast‑paced, changing market dynamics in the healthcare sector.
