About the role
We are seeking a talented Task Force Executive Sous Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences at Morningstar Buoy Haus Beach Resort in St. Thomas.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee kitchen operations and ensure quality and consistency in all menu items.
- Work with a team of culinary professionals using the freshest, high‑quality ingredients.
Required profile
- 5+ years cooking experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- College degree or certification in culinary or hospitality field preferred.
- Strong leadership, team‑building, communication and organizational skills.
Required skills
- Experience in menu planning and development.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Understanding of financial goals and ability to achieve them.
