Executive Rewards Analyst - College Program 2027

About the role

Marsh People and Investments is looking for a College Program 2027 candidate to join its Executive Rewards team in Louisville, Kentucky. The role is full-time and hybrid, with at least three days per week in the office or with clients. It is the first step in a career within the Executive Rewards business, which works with board members, senior executives and HR leaders to design, assess and run performance measurement and rewards strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Work with senior consultants and project teams to provide quantitative and qualitative analytical support
• Research industry and organization-specific issues, including business strategy, corporate performance and compensation and rewards practices
• Analyze clients' strategic, financial and organizational information to develop insights and solutions
• Perform financial analyses of industry sectors and client peer groups
• Collaborate with project teams on structuring analyses and presenting findings
• Prepare presentations for boards of directors, senior executives and HR leaders

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with anticipated graduation in Spring 2027; a focus in math, statistics, business, finance or economics is preferred
• Anticipated start date of August 2027; relocation assistance is not available
• Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0
• Permanent, unrestricted U.S. work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available

Required skills

• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Data analysis, project management and presentation design
• Excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork skills
