Executive Producer, Journalism and Production

About the role

The Executive Producer leads O’Keefe Media Group’s Journalism and Production departments, ensuring high‑impact investigative content is delivered on time and to the highest editorial and production standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver investigative journalism that meets OMG’s mission and editorial standards.
• Oversee production schedules, ensuring all projects meet broadcast‑quality video standards and deadlines.
• Build and maintain a high‑performing multidisciplinary team, fostering low turnover and strong accountability.
• Allocate resources efficiently to increase production capacity without sacrificing quality.
• Drive audience growth and public impact through compelling investigations.

Required profile

• Proven success leading investigative journalism, news, documentary, or broadcast production organizations.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary creative teams.
• Strong editorial judgment and deep understanding of investigative reporting.
• Track record overseeing complex productions from concept through publication.
• Ability to execute multiple high‑priority initiatives simultaneously.
• Strategic and operational leadership experience.
