Executive Liaison (Luxury Hospitality)

About the role

The Executive Liaison will act as a strategic partner to the General Manager and Hotel Manager, shaping and delivering an exceptional luxury guest experience at Four Seasons New Orleans. Working with a high degree of autonomy, you will influence service standards across all departments and drive the hotel’s success through service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Elite Guest Experience Program, defining strategy, execution, continuous improvement and quality benchmarks.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, using guest insights and operational data to identify opportunities and influence decisions.
• Independently resolve complex guest service issues, making real‑time decisions that protect satisfaction, brand integrity and financial outcomes.
• Act as delegated authority for executive leadership, approving guest recovery actions and representing leadership in critical situations.
• Partner with department leaders to design seamless, end‑to‑end service protocols and introduce innovative experiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a strategic partner to senior hotel leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and influence cross‑functional standards.
• Strong track record of leading service excellence initiatives in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Excellent judgment and discretion when handling complex guest situations.
