Executive Leadership Trainer (Part-Time/Contract)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Executive Leadership Trainer to design and deliver high‑impact training for senior leaders. The role is part‑time, contract‑based, and hybrid, with remote work and occasional travel to Aurora, CO for in‑person sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging executive‑level leadership training programs.
• Develop curriculum, presentations, participant guides, and supporting materials.
• Facilitate workshops, discussions, and interactive learning activities.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise on trauma‑informed practices and leadership.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to keep training content current.
• Prepare reports and maintain project documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice, Organizational Leadership, Public Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience developing and delivering professional training programs.
• Strong public speaking and facilitation abilities.
• Knowledge of trauma‑informed practices, leadership development, and organizational culture.
• Experience working with executive or senior‑level professionals preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
