About the role

The Executive Director of Clinical Healthcare Operations provides senior‑level leadership for multiple healthcare and behavioral health programs. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role ensures operational efficiency, regulatory readiness, and high‑quality service delivery across all assigned sites.

Key responsibilities

• Provide executive‑level oversight of day‑to‑day operations, staffing coverage, scheduling coordination, and workflow performance for healthcare and behavioral health programs.
• Supervise operational leaders, managers, coordinators, and administrative personnel across multiple entities.
• Coordinate communication between executive leadership, program leadership, compliance, billing, credentialing, HR, finance, and IT teams.
• Monitor documentation accountability, compliance readiness, and operational controls affecting service delivery and reimbursement.
• Prepare operational reports, performance analyses, and executive briefing materials.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in executive‑level operational oversight of healthcare or behavioral health services.
• Proven ability to ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and documentation standards.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing multi‑site teams and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Demonstrated capability to identify operational risks and implement process improvements.
