About the role

Moments Hospice is seeking an Executive Director to lead a compassionate team and shape the future of end‑of‑life care. In this senior position you will guide strategic direction, oversee daily operations, and ensure exceptional patient experiences for families during their most vulnerable moments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the branch’s strategic plan, aligning clinical and operational goals.
• Lead day‑to‑day operations, optimizing team performance and patient care quality.
• Ensure compliance with all hospice regulations, policies, and accreditation standards.
• Make data‑driven decisions, using analysis to identify trends and address challenges.
• Collaborate on business development, marketing strategies, and growth initiatives.
• Foster a collaborative, results‑oriented work environment that empowers staff.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of hospice leadership experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (required); Master’s degree is a plus.
• Strong understanding of hospice care theories, concepts, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proven problem‑solving, time‑management, and organizational abilities.
