Executive Director / General Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our AgeWell Solvere Living assisted living and memory‑care community in Sarasota, FL. You will be responsible for driving occupancy, financial performance, and high‑quality resident care while fostering a supportive, inclusive culture.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations and occupancy of the community.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, monthly reporting, and variance analysis.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate program services for residents and families.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary staff, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Prepare the community for regulatory inspections through regular audits and policy updates.
• Communicate proactively with senior leadership about any risks or issues affecting the community.
