Executive Director, ERP CoE and Architecture

About the role

BeOne is seeking a senior technology leader to steer its global ERP strategy and architecture. The Executive Director, ERP CoE and Architecture will own the vision, governance and transformation roadmap for the SAP platform, ensuring it supports the company’s growth and mission to fight cancer.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead a multi‑year global ERP strategy aligned with business priorities and growth plans.
• Drive end‑to‑end ERP transformation initiatives, including S/4HANA migrations, cloud enablement and clean‑core adoption.
• Establish and manage a global ERP Center of Excellence, setting operating models, governance, standards and best practices.
• Own the enterprise ERP architecture, covering SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, Databricks, Joule and integration layers.
• Champion innovation, emerging technologies and modern development practices such as DevOps and automation.
• Provide executive oversight of ERP operations, service delivery, performance, security and regulatory compliance (SOX/SOD).
• Lead investment planning, business case development and value‑realization tracking for ERP initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven senior leader with extensive experience in enterprise ERP strategy and large‑scale transformation.
• Strong track record of building and governing global ERP Centers of Excellence.
• Ability to partner with executive stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Commercial functions.
• Deep understanding of regulatory and security requirements for global ERP environments.
