The Executive Director will lead a nationally recognized, technology‑enabled nonprofit dedicated to improving early childhood education. Based in Englewood, Colorado, this hybrid position combines strategic vision with operational rigor to expand impact across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a forward‑looking strategic plan that advances the mission and positions the organization as a national leader.
• Scale the technology‑enabled shared‑services model into new markets while maintaining service quality.
• Strengthen financial sustainability through revenue diversification and long‑term planning.
• Oversee product strategy and technology development to reduce administrative burden for childcare providers.
• Drive marketing, branding, and partnership initiatives to increase visibility and influence.
• Recruit, develop, and inspire a high‑performing leadership team.
• Build strategic partnerships with funders, policymakers, and sector leaders.
• Leverage data and technology to improve operational efficiency and drive systemic change.
• Serve as primary liaison to the Board of Directors, ensuring strong governance.

Required profile

• Mission‑driven leader with a proven track record in scaling nonprofit or mission‑focused organizations.
• Strong business acumen and experience in financial management.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 30% of the time.
