Executive Director – Assisted Living

About the role

The Executive Director leads day‑to‑day operations of The Legacy at Crystal Falls, an Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Leander, TX. Reporting to the Regional Vice President of Operations, you will ensure exceptional resident care, strong financial performance, regulatory compliance, and a vibrant workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all operational areas including clinical services, food service, housekeeping, life enrichment, and sales/marketing.
• Manage the community’s budget, drive revenue growth, and achieve targeted operating income.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and maintain licensure standards.
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of staff to foster a cohesive, high‑engagement team.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase census and resident satisfaction.
• Maintain a safe environment for residents and employees.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Executive Director or senior leader in assisted living, memory care, or a comparable senior‑living setting.
• Strong financial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding budgetary goals.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive employee engagement.
• Excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements governing senior‑living facilities.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality resident care and exceptional service.
