As the Executive Assistant to the Head of Virality at Beast Industries, you will provide high‑level operational support that enables a top creative leader to focus on trend spotting, idea development, and strategic decision‑making. Your role is to protect the executive’s attention, eliminate logistical friction, and create space for rapid, high‑impact work.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex calendar scheduling, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
• Coordinate domestic and occasional international travel, including itineraries and logistics.
• Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow‑up actions across Creative, Production, Marketing, Partnerships, and Operations.
• Facilitate cross‑functional communication to keep projects moving forward.
• Anticipate needs, navigate shifting priorities, and act as a trusted extension of the executive.
