Executive Assistant to CEO – Fashion & Accessories

About the role
The Executive Assistant, F&A supports the CEO of Chloe Americas and the President of Fashion & Accessories, North America. You will manage calendars, travel, expenses and a range of ad‑hoc projects, acting as an extension of the CEO to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively manage the CEO’s calendar, resolve scheduling conflicts and prioritize daily tasks.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels and ground transportation.
- Handle administrative duties such as expense reporting, filing, ordering supplies, visitor reception and event logistics.
- Prepare high‑impact presentations, memos and reports for executive meetings, board reviews and leadership forums.
- Support cross‑Maison collaboration, change‑management initiatives and knowledge‑sharing efforts.
- Assist with onboarding of new hires and organize departmental meetings, agendas and minutes.
- Track strategic projects, ensure timely delivery and provide analysis for the President’s vision.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum five years of experience, preferably in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
