Executive Assistant supporting SVPs in Commercial New Payment Flows

About the role

The Executive Assistant will support multiple senior vice presidents in Mastercard's Commercial New Payment Flows team, based in Purchase, NY. This role requires a detail‑oriented professional who can manage complex schedules, travel, and communications while maintaining confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars, domestic and international travel, and expense reporting for two SVPs.
• Anticipate needs, track commitments, and ensure follow‑ups are completed.
• Secure meetings with senior stakeholders, partners, and customers.
• Coordinate with the Chief of Staff to align priorities and leadership commitments.
• Organize org‑wide communications, distribution lists, and operating cadences.
• Prepare communications, reports, presentations, and AI‑enabled reporting.
• Plan and execute leadership meetings, offsites, industry conferences, and external events.
• Serve as liaison handling confidential information with discretion.
• Support special projects and initiatives that advance the organization.

Required profile

• Experience supporting senior or executive‑level leaders in a global, fast‑paced corporate environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple priorities.
• Highly dependable, detail‑oriented, and able to influence without authority.
• Resourceful, solution‑oriented, and able to handle confidential matters with sound judgment.
• Self‑starter, curious, eager to learn, and comfortable using AI tools.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

What we offer

• Competitive base salary ranging from $72,000 to $113,000 USD.
