About the role

We are a boutique hedge fund looking for a polished, proactive Executive Assistant to support senior executives in our Midtown East office. The role offers a competitive base salary, bonus potential, and a collaborative, fun team environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage multiple executive calendars and schedule complex meetings.
  • Field, prioritize, and track a high volume of requests and tasks.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries.
  • Track special projects, plan events, and take detailed meeting notes.
  • Organize and process CRM reports.

Required profile

  • Minimum 5 years of Executive Assistant experience within financial services.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
