About the role

Join Kinetic Pediatric Therapy’s therapist‑led team as an Exceptional Children Teacher, providing school‑based therapy to students with diverse needs. This full‑time position offers immediate openings and future placements for the 2026‑2027 school year.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy and support to students with exceptional needs, including those exhibiting disruptive behaviors.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff and school personnel to create and implement effective intervention plans.

Required profile

• Valid NC Teaching License with Exceptional Children (Adaptive) certification.
• At least one year of school experience preferred.
• Experience working with students who display disruptive behaviors.

Required skills

• NC Teaching License with Exceptional Children certification.
• Ability to manage classroom behavior and deliver therapeutic interventions.
