EVIP Relocation Consultant – Remote (US)

About the role

The Executive VIP (EVIP) Relocation Consultant serves as the single point of contact for senior‑level executive customers, managing end‑to‑end relocation processes on a 24/7 basis. This remote, US‑based position ensures high‑touch service, policy compliance, and seamless coordination of domestic and international moves.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the sole coordinator for all relocation phases, adhering to contractual agreements.
• Provide proactive, 24/7 communication and case management to reduce client touch points.
• Facilitate supplier coordination, avoiding duplicate document submissions and ensuring timely delivery of reports (appraisals, inspections, surveys, etc.).
• Interpret and communicate supplier reports, and guide clients through needs assessments and documentation.
• Maintain data integrity across Cartus systems and track policy exceptions.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities and contribute to revenue generation.
• Conduct weekly updates with suppliers and internal support groups.
• Prepare data for customized client reports and participate in special projects, presentations, and training.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in relocation/mobility and domestic homesale services.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed service goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong judgment and decision‑making abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, innovative, and resourceful with the flexibility to work 24/7.
• Ability to manage stress, multitask, and organize workload effectively.
