Supply Chain Consulting – Warehouse Automation Senior Manager

About the role

As a Senior Manager in Supply Chain Consulting, you will lead the design and implementation of warehouse automation strategies that improve end‑to‑end visibility, efficiency and cost‑effectiveness for our clients. Working within PwC’s Management Consulting practice, you will partner with senior client leaders to analyze current supply‑chain processes, recommend technology‑enabled solutions and drive transformational change.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute warehouse automation roadmaps that align with client business objectives.
• Analyze client supply‑chain workflows to identify improvement opportunities and cost‑reduction levers.
• Advise on technology platforms and data‑analytics approaches that create a connected, agile supply‑chain network.
• Lead large‑scale projects, coordinating cross‑functional teams and ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Apply systems‑thinking to uncover root causes and design holistic solutions.
• Validate outcomes with clients, incorporate feedback and refine strategies.
• Coach and mentor diverse teams, fostering high performance and inclusive culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in supply‑chain, operations or warehouse automation.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and interact with senior client stakeholders.
