About the role

Midtown Home Improvements is seeking energetic individuals to represent the brand at local home shows, festivals, and events in the St. Louis Metro Area. The role is part‑time, primarily on weekends, with a base pay of $20‑50 per hour plus commission.

Key responsibilities

Represent Midtown at home shows, festivals, and local events.
Start friendly conversations with homeowners to uncover home‑improvement needs.
Set free‑consultation appointments and capture leads.
Create a fun, upbeat booth experience.
Track leads and celebrate wins with the team.

Required profile

Outgoing, energetic communicator.
Comfortable working weekends and traveling around the area (reliable transportation required).
Sales or events experience is a plus, but not required.
High School Diploma or GED.
