Event Support Staff - Street Team

About the role

iHeartMedia Markets is hiring a part-time, hourly Event Support Staff member in Providence, RI, to join its Promotions & Events team. The team supports over 20,000 local and national events each year, bringing stations, talent and clients together through concerts, community activations and live broadcasts.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of local events and promotions aligned with station branding and client objectives.
• Coordinate logistics such as venue setup, staffing, signage, giveaways and technical needs.
• Work with Sales, Programming and Marketing teams to build integrated promotional campaigns.
• Serve as on-site lead during events, keeping things running smoothly and representing iHeartMedia professionally.
• Engage with listeners and clients, gather feedback and maintain promotional inventory.
• Capture content and promote events on digital and social media channels.
• Track and report on event performance, including attendance, engagement and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects at once.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable with the public and clients.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools is a plus.
