Event Coordinator & Promoter for Home Remodeling Brand

About the role

Asher, a leader in exterior home remodeling, is seeking an energetic Event Coordinator & Promoter to expand its community presence across the Chippewa Valley and Coulee Region. You will represent the brand at fairs, festivals, trade shows, and local events, connecting homeowners with premium remodeling solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate event teams and Brand Ambassadors.
• Plan, book, and execute community events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Set up booths, manage logistics, and ensure a professional brand presence.
• Generate qualified leads for the sales team and track event performance.
• Build relationships with event organizers, community partners, and homeowners.
• Promote Asher’s exterior remodeling products with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, confident demeanor when interacting with the public.
• Organized, dependable, self‑motivated, and able to work evenings and weekends.
• Experience supervising or motivating a team.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the territory.
