Event Coordination Internship

About the role

Heat Dance is looking for an enthusiastic intern to join its Events team. You will work directly with the Creative Director to help design, plan, and execute a variety of high‑energy events, from pop‑up parties to press gatherings, while gaining hands‑on experience in entertainment and PR.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing parties, press events, and pop‑ups.
• Coordinate communications with entertainment agents, guests, and media contacts.
• Help pitch event concepts and build design boards.
• Support logistical needs for large‑scale, high‑profile events.
• Be available for special events that may occur outside regular hours.

Required profile

• Well‑organized with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Audience‑focused and comfortable interacting with online communities.
• Familiar with current pop‑culture trends and uses Pinterest for inspiration.
• Interested in a career in entertainment, event coordination, or public relations.
• Available at least two days per week, 6 hours per day, with flexible scheduling.
