EUC & Digital Workspace Engineer

About the role

The EUC & Digital Workspace Engineer will design, build, and support a cloud‑native digital workspace environment, combining virtual desktops, endpoint management, application control, and monitoring while providing onsite desktop support.

Key responsibilities

• Build and operate a 100% cloud‑native digital workspace using Omnissa Horizon Cloud on Azure, Intune, Workspace ONE UEM, and related tools.
• Serve as Tier 2/3 escalation point for the service desk and act as the technical expert for the EUC stack.
• Engage with business stakeholders and technology leadership to align delivery priorities and effort estimates.
• Provide onsite deskside and walk‑up desktop support at office locations.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in EUC, endpoint engineering, VDI, or desktop support/engineering.
• Hands‑on production experience with Omnissa Horizon (Cloud/DaaS) and App Volumes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.
