ETF Product Development Internship

About the role

Ready to make your mark in asset management? Join Invesco’s 9‑week Summer Internship Program starting June 2027 and work on ETF product development. You’ll collaborate with the ETF Product Strategy & Research teams, applying analytical skills to real‑world challenges and strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Research & analysis: create and update product and market outlook materials.
• Competitive insights: analyze the ETF competitive landscape and identify trends.
• Sales support: provide analytical insights for internal sales inquiries.
• Reporting & trend analysis: run internal reports, spot key trends and summarize findings for senior leaders.
• Collaboration with index providers: coordinate data analysis to support new product ideas.
• Project variety: contribute to ad‑hoc projects and assist with U.S. ETF product launches and updates.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program, junior class, graduating summer 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced functions) and PowerPoint.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Genuine interest in financial markets, asset management, and ETFs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• Highly self‑motivated, proactive and goal‑oriented.
• Must be able to work in Invesco’s Downers Grove office.
