Especialista Regional de Ventas B2B – Servicios de Merchant y POS

About the role

AurumPay is looking for a motivated Regional B2B Sales Specialist to promote its merchant services, point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and financing solutions to local businesses across the United States (excluding Puerto Rico). The role is 100% field‑based, commission‑only, and offers full autonomy to manage your own schedule and pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new B2B clients within your assigned territory.
• Visit businesses in person, conduct meetings with owners or managers, and present integrated payment, POS and financing solutions.
• Coordinate installation and activation of equipment and services.
• Provide post‑sale support and maintain ongoing relationships to generate referrals.
• Track performance metrics and report progress to the AurumPay team.

Required profile

• Legal authorization to work in the United States (excluding Puerto Rico).
• Reliable personal transportation for field work.
• Self‑driven, disciplined and comfortable with a 100% commission compensation model.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build long‑term business relationships.
• Prior B2B sales experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.

Required skills

• Knowledge of POS systems and payment processing solutions.
• Ability to demonstrate and explain financing and equipment leasing options.
