Escrow Assistant – Austin Oaks Office

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Escrow Assistant to join our Independence Title Austin Oaks office, a subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services. In this role you will support the end‑to‑end escrow process for residential and commercial real estate transactions, ensuring a smooth and remarkable closing experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the collection of information and documentation needed to finalize home sales.
• Manage A‑to‑Z escrow processing, including front‑end tasks, curative work for Schedule C, preparation of CDs/HUDs, and post‑closing/funding activities.
• Review contracts and commitments with a solid understanding of title requirements.
• Communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with customers, lenders, and internal teams.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of escrow experience covering both front‑end and back‑end functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently with technology in a fast‑paced environment.
• Friendly, well‑organized, detail‑oriented with a strong work ethic.

Required skills

• RamQuest escrow system (preferred).
• Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook.
