About the role

Osaic is hiring for its Equity Trading team, which supports over 11,000 Financial Professionals across the country. You will help place trades, process trade errors, manage risk and give educational and platform guidance. The role is full-time, paid $55,000-$70,000 per year plus a performance-based bonus, and requires a hybrid schedule of at least 4 days per week in the office at one of the listed hubs.

Key responsibilities

• Service the trading needs of representatives for the Osaic Advisor Network
• Process and facilitate equity and option transactions from representatives
• Answer inquiries about securities, policies, quotes and fees
• Process trade errors for the firm and its representatives
• Review transactions in line with market and firm guidelines
• Prioritize urgent information and follow up on issues and inquiries
• Other duties as assigned

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred, and significant experience can substitute for it
• 1+ years of customer service or contact center experience
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required
• Preferred: 1+ years in financial services operations or a broker-dealer setting, and a bachelor's degree in business or finance

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail
• Preferred: CRM and Salesforce experience
