About the role

We are seeking a motivated Equipment Sales Representative to develop and execute a sales strategy that expands our customer base and deepens existing relationships. The ideal candidate thrives on communication, enjoys building rapport with prospects, and has a solid understanding of equipment products.

Key responsibilities

• Surpass monthly and quarterly revenue targets while generating qualified leads.
• Conduct outbound cold calls and emails, schedule in‑person appointments, and follow up on client inquiries.
• Position the company as the market leader through competitive analysis and awareness of product trends.
• Create, present, and negotiate tailored solutions to close deals efficiently.
• Identify and overcome objections related to budget, timelines, competition, and other pain points.

Required profile

• Consistent top performer in sales with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of equipment sales or related marketing experience preferred.
• Strong motivation to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Enjoys meeting prospects, presenting solutions, closing deals, and requesting referrals.
