Equipment Operator – Heavy Machinery

About the role

Boyas Recycling is seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join its growing team in Northeast Ohio. You will operate heavy machinery within an aggregate processing environment, helping to produce mulch, topsoil, and other landscape materials while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently in the aggregate processing plant.
• Produce and manage mulch, topsoil, and other landscape materials.
• Load customer vehicles and trucks with finished products.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience operating heavy equipment.
• Experience in an aggregate plant is preferred.
• Knowledge of mulch, topsoil, and landscape material production is a plus.
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to safety.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
