Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager

About the role

Radiant is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead EHS strategy and execution across its multi‑site manufacturing operations. The role combines hands‑on shop‑floor presence with strategic program ownership to protect employees, ensure regulatory compliance, and support rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement Radiant’s EHS strategy, roadmap, and programs (IIPP, Hazard Communication, Lockout/Tagout, Electrical Safety, Hot Work, Contractor Safety).
• Serve as the company and site authority for OSHA/Cal‑OSHA compliance, including inspections, record‑keeping, and corrective actions.
• Lead safety trainings, define PPE requirements, conduct hazard assessments, and manage emergency preparedness (EAPs, drills, response coordination).
• Partner with facilities on fire suppression, alarm, and detection systems; embed EHS mindset into daily operations.
• Track and report key EHS metrics, lead incident investigations, and drive continuous risk reduction.
• Manage hazardous materials inventory, SDS, labeling, storage, and waste disposal compliance.
• Oversee environmental permits (air, wastewater, stormwater) and interact with regulatory agencies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental, safety, industrial engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing or regulated industrial environments.
• Deep knowledge of OSHA/Cal‑OSHA, fire safety, hazardous materials, and environmental compliance.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally, influence design decisions, and lead change in a fast‑moving organization.
