Entry-Level Sales Rep – Remote, Warm Leads Only

About the role

This remote, entry‑level sales position focuses on inbound and warm outbound leads for life‑insurance coverage. You will guide prospects through options, answer questions, and help them choose a plan that fits their family and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads and warm outbound prospects who have already expressed interest.
• Conduct phone or Zoom conversations to assess family situations and present coverage options from over 60 carrier partners.
• Answer questions honestly, address objections, and move prospects toward a decision.
• Track daily activity and meet production goals to build a sustainable book of business.

Required profile

• Comfortable and confident speaking on the phone.
• Coach‑able and willing to follow a proven script and training system.
• U.S. citizen or legal resident able to pass a standard background check.
• Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to obtain one quickly through the company’s guided process.
